The Opportunity
Join Alpha Cybershield as a Junior Software Engineer and gain hands-on experience building secure, scalable applications for enterprise clients. You'll be mentored by senior engineers and exposed to the latest in cloud, security, and DevOps practices.
Key Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React.js, Node.js)
- Basic understanding of web application development and REST APIs
- Eagerness to learn about cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Interest in cybersecurity and secure coding practices
Core Responsibilities
Modern Frontend Engineering
- Assist in developing user interfaces using React.js
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Learn and apply secure coding standards
Backend & API Engineering
- Support the development of backend services and APIs with Node.js and .NET Core
- Participate in code reviews and testing
- Help document and maintain technical solutions
Cloud-Native Microservices & Serverless Security
- Gain exposure to Azure cloud services and deployment workflows
- Assist with basic DevOps and automation tasks
